Our 5 year old Air conditioner did not cool when we first tried it this spring. After a brief search for HVAC repair, we settled on a large repair company. Two visits & $900.00 later, the problem was diagnosed, but not found, & we were looking at another $1,000.00 to find what we now knew was a leak. After talking about our problem with a knowledgeable neighbor, he recommended F & T. Fred found the leak on his first visit, ordered the necessary parts & repaired our system on his 2nd visit, just three days later. The price was very reasonable & we are most impressed.

Fred and his son are wonderful. Fred is such a nice person and he really cares about his customers. His prices beat everyone around and he is always honest. I got a heat pump installed recently and my heating bill decreased by more than 50% I will always call Fred. He even does handyman work which is great too. This is a business worth supporting.
